Delivery

We deliver the tree direct to the home address of personal customers throughout Slovenia. We deliver our trees free of charge throughout the Ljubljana area. For delivery to all other places in Slovenia, we apply an additional charge (see Price list).

This year, we start delivering the trees between the 1^st and 3^rd of December 2021. We then make deliveries each day up to and including the 23^rd of December 2021. When you place your order, you will be asked which week you wish us to deliver the tree to you. At the same time, we will also ask you when you want us to collect the tree after the holidays.

When ordering, you can also choose which time of day you would prefer to receive the tree (morning / afternoon / anytime).

We will notify you via e-mail or telephone at least 2 working days before we deliver your tree.  We aim to be environmentally friendly with our deliveries by carefully planning our routes each day in a pre-determined area. We thank you for your understanding and support.

For companies and public institutions, we will start delivering the trees earlier on Friday 19^th of November 2021 up to and including the 23^rd of December 2021.

For larger orders, we are happy to discuss and arrange a delivery according to your needs.

For an additional cost, we are happy to deliver the tree exactly on your desired date and at a specific time. Please select this date and time when ordering your tree. To arrange this type of delivery, the cost is €19.90 (including VAT).

We will collect the trees between the 4^th and 20^th of January 2022.

We will inform you of the exact day of collection at least 2 working days before. That way, you have plenty of time to prepare the tree for the collection. You can leave the tree in front of the door of your house, apartment, apartment block, etc., at your responsibility.

We try to plant all surviving trees back into the ground, but if they do die, rest assured we compost them properly. For every tree you rent or buy, we plant a new Black Pine seedling for future generations.

By prior arrangement you can collect the tree from our warehouse in the Ljubljana-Vič area; Cesta dveh cesarjev 309.

You can also choose the week of collection and we will prepare the tree for you. Once the tree is ready, we will notify you via email or by telephone. If you choose to collect in person from our warehouse, then of course, no delivery charges apply.

* In the Ljubljana area, we will bring your Christmas tree to you free of charge.

* Delivery in Slovenia is charged 0.13 € / km from the location of our warehouse (Cesta dve Cesarjev 309, 1000 Ljubljana) to your home. This applies for the delivery of one tree. When renting a tree, the cost of delivery and collection is charged separately.

-up to 25km (Brezovica, Domžale, Vrhnika, Grosuplje…) 25km x €0.13 = €3.25

-up to 35km (Logatec, Kranj, Litija…) 35km x €0.13 = €4.55

-up to 55km (Bled, Postojna, Trebnje, Zagorje ob Savi…) 55km x €0.13 = €7.15

-up to 100km (Koper, Novo Mesto, Nova Gorica, Kranjska Gora, Bohinj, Krško…) 100km x €0.13 = €13.00

-up to 150km (Maribor, Ptuj…) 150km x €0.13 = €19.50

* The above prices are for information only. For actual cost, please enter the delivery address before placing your order. The system will then automatically calculate the delivery cost for you.

* Prices refer to one-way delivery in case of purchase. In case of rent, we also have to pick up the tree, therefore the cost is calculated for both directions.
